What is it about?
It is said that we spend a third of our lives at work – which is a long time to feel miserable, powerless and out of step with others.
In his book “Structures and Dynamics of Organisations and Groups” Eric Berne had some interesting and insightful things to say about how organisations are structured, how groups come together and perform (or not), and on effective styles of leadership.  Come along to this workshop and find out about boundaries, canons, culture and agitation – and lots, lots more!
What is the relevance?
We are born into a family structure which is placed in a wider society &#8211; all human beings live within systems and organisations. Some are highly structured and corporate, and some are loosely structured and informal – some are psychologically healthy places to be, and many are not.
